Quiet Engines Stash Privacy

Public visitors can browse and search Stash without creating an account. The application serves library entries from its database and does not ask visitors to submit personal profiles. Search terms entered in the interface are used to retrieve matching library material; the browser does not receive database credentials and never connects directly to the database.

Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and error diagnostics to deliver and protect the service. Stash uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. Quiet Engines does not use this site to sell personal information or run targeted advertising.

External source links and embedded artifacts may be governed by their own privacy terms once you leave Stash or load their content.

Visitors may submit a Report (defect, suggestion, correction, or takedown) at /report. Stored fields are kind, body, an optional contact string, the page path, a truncated user agent, a timestamp, a one-way client hash used only to rate-limit, and whether the submitter held an Owner session. Visitor accounts, names, and IP addresses in the clear are not stored. Reports are sent to Linear (Quiet Engines' issue tracker) so the Owner can read them; Linear's terms apply to that copy. Optional contact is used only to reply out of band. There is no in-app thread, no visitor login, and no self-service export. Retention is typically up to 24 months, or sooner if the Owner deletes the row. To ask deletion of a Report you submitted, send another Report (correction) naming the time and path, or write via the contact you left.
