Visual System

Boot the local app. Screenshot every distinct surface at desktop and phone.

From the pixels, not the CSS comments, extract the visual system:

• color (canvas, surface, text, muted, hairline, signal, destructive) in OKLCH
• type roles (display, title, body, label) with family, size, weight, line-height, tracking
• space scale, radius, border treatment, elevation
• motion: what actually moves, duration, easing, what must not move
• one primary action treatment; what everything else recedes to

Write DESIGN.md as rules with a right/wrong pair each, not a token dump. Do not invent tokens the UI does not already use. If light and dark disagree, say which is canonical. Do not restyle the product.
