Every sentence must contain a name, a number, or a scene (who, when, what file, what broke).
Mark each sentence: fact | opinion | fog. Rewrite fog in place. Opinions stay, but they need a fact in the same paragraph or they get cut. "We improved performance" dies unless it has the measurement. "Users struggle" dies unless it names who, where, and the quote.
Do not add research you did not do. If the fact is missing, write NEED: what to look up, and leave the hole.
